NeonGlow started with bent glass tube and LED — and building the lamp housings and stands for that work meant bringing 3D printing in-house. It didn't take long to realise it was worth offering on its own. Custom 3D printing now sits alongside our neon signs: personalised figures, glowing character lamps, scale models, prototypes and more, printed and finished right here in the UAE.

Character and fan figures come off the printer in their base colours already, then get a coat of paint where a piece calls for extra detail — the glossy finish on a display figure, the sheen on a chrome-effect piece. Character lamps use the same backlit treatment as our neon: a 3D-printed shape lit from behind by colour-change LED, wired the same way our signs are.

Scale models and prototypes are where the precision shows — panel lines, moving parts, a shape that has to match a reference exactly. And if you need six, sixty or six hundred of the same piece — party favours, product samples, retail multiples — batch runs print identically, every time.

Every piece is printed layer by layer in durable PLA or PETG plastic — the same additive process used for everything from architectural models to spare parts. Multicolour pieces print straight off the machine in several filaments at once, so most figures need no painting at all; hand-finishing is there for pieces that call for it.
